1. About the Night Light
Q: What are the key features of the Night Light?
A: Tap it to switch on/off or change brightness. Most versions include 3 brightness levels, and some have an auto-off timer (for example, turning off after 30 minutes). Please review the product page for exact functions.
Q: Is the Night Light safe to use?
A: Yes. It is made with non-toxic, soft silicone and a certified electronic base. The battery will not overheat. It will not shatter or cause injury if dropped, so it is safe for use in any room.
Q: Can you personalize it?
A: Yes! We offer custom engraving with names, dates, or a short message on the blank silicone area, making your light genuinely one of a kind.
Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where are orders shipped from? How long is processing?
A: We ship from Hong Kong. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping option selected.
Q: I need my night light quickly. Is faster shipping available?
A: We currently provide express shipping (Swift delivery) to the US and UK. You can choose this option during checkout.
