Returns & Refunds

If your purchased items do not meet your expectations, including products that arrive defective, damaged, or different from the description, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery by contacting customer service at huggwaiilightcute@gmail.com

(a) Returns

To qualify for a return, please make sure of the following:

-The items being sent back are unused, undamaged, unwashed, and still in the original packaging with the original label.

-You are responsible for the return cost. Products that do not satisfy the conditions above cannot be returned.

Customers have 14 days from the receipt date to change their mind and send the items back without giving a reason. Our online store will provide the refund. You can request a return by contacting us at huggwaiilightcute@gmail.com. Once the return is received, the refund will be issued to the customer's account. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer no more than once, including returns. Customers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning the product.

(b) Refund processing

We will email you after your refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds will be completed within 3 working days after we receive your return. Once verified, please check your account.

Your return request may experience a small delay, as we normally process returns twice per week. If you have any questions, please contact huggwaiilightcute@gmail.com. We will reply as soon as possible.

(c) Order cancellation

You may cancel your order before the item has shipped. Please contact us at huggwaiilightcute@gmail.com if you would like to cancel your order.

Claims for shipping damage

We take pride in our products, but shipping is outside our control. In rare cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transit. Please inspect the item when it arrives to ensure it is in good condition. If damage does occur, please provide us with a photo or video and contact us at: huggwaiilightcute@gmail.com

-Personalized products, such as lettering, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a product quality issue.
